Eat Shit ‘n’ Get Ript is a record of the diet plan of a 41-year old man who should be a lot fatter than he is.

Week 5 sees an ancient portion of soup dug out of the depths of the freezer and a classic one-tow punch, a lengthy stop at Kung Fu, the greatest eat as much as you can within walking distance of home, backed up by The Golden Arches. Tiny portions in The Swan in Staines means I have to get 2 mains for a pricey lunch. Bring on the Get Ripped Exercise plan.
